Parents and guardians should complete the annual Student Information Update online via for each student at the beginning of the school year. Please include any health or wellbeing matters specific to your student. These could include medication to be administered at school, allergies, chronic health conditions, pertinent medical history, or special dietary accommodations.

If any medication will be dispensed at school, the parent or guardian should...

Please be aware that...

  • A Parent or guardian is responsible for transfer of medications from home and other district campuses
  • School personnel and students cannot transfer or transport medications
  • Medications are not sent home with students
  • Student cannot report to school in possession of any medication (prescribed or over the counter). A violation could result in disciplinary action.

Please contact the clinic to schedule a time to drop off medication to be dispensed at school, or to provide information related to your student's health.
